Each piece carries slight natural variations in print and fabric, making every jacket subtly unique.

Orders ship and deliver within within 2-4 days in Egypt.

We accept returns for a refund within 48 hours of delivery as long as the item is in it's original packaging.

If the size you ordered doesn’t fit, you can return it for a refund and place a new order for the correct size.

We strongly recommend checking the size chart before ordering to avoid sizing issues.

Please note: shipping and return fees are not refundable and are paid by the customer.

Washing

- Machine wash cold (30°C / 86°F max)
- Turn inside out to protect the print + outer surface
- Use mild liquid detergent (no powders, no fabric softener)
- Wash with similar colors
- Avoid bleach or strong chemicals

Drying

- Air dry only for longest lifespan
(or tumble dry on low heat only if necessary)
- Do NOT use high heat as it shrinks the material

Ironing

- Tech fleece should not be ironed directly
- If needed: use low heat + cloth barrier, inside out

Extra Care

- Do NOT dry clean (chemicals can ruin fleece & prints)
- Avoid washing too often to prevent pilling
- Do not wring or twist the fabric
- Use a lint shaver if light pilling appears over time
